How we work

Handing your cloud foundation to an outside team is a serious decision. These are the terms that keep the engagement transparent and leave you independent when it ends.

  • Fixed scope and fee

    Every engagement runs under a binding statement of work with a fixed fee. There are no hourly rates, no discovery invoices, and no retainers. What we agree at scoping is what you buy.

  • Code in your repository

    Every policy, blueprint, and pipeline module is committed to your own Git repository in GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. You own all of the code, with no licence fees and no proprietary tooling to keep paying for.

  • Direct access to the architect

    You work with the architect who designs and deploys your environment, from the first scoping call through the handoff workshop. Designs follow Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected guidance.

  • Delivery windows by tier

    The window is set by the tier and written into the statement of work.

How an engagement runs

Three stages, each with a clear owner.

  1. We agree the scope

    We review your Azure tenant and the framework you are being asked for, such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA. Together we pick the package that fits, and you get a fixed, binding quote.

  2. We deliver the architecture

    We deploy into your staging and production environments inside the tier's window, then run policy compliance scans and verification tests before handover.

  3. You take ownership

    You keep the code, design documents, and runbooks your tier includes. A handoff workshop walks your team through all of it, and then we step out.
